Enter quality data once, and let every document that needs it reference it rather than repeat it.

That sounds modest. In practice it is the difference between a quality department that spends its week on engineering and one that spends it on reconciliation — because the same characteristic currently exists in the drawing, the process sheet, the PFMEA, the control plan, the inspection sheet and the submission, six times, typed by hand. A drawing revision means finding all six. Most of the cost of quality administration is that search.

What we build

EasyQualityFlow is quality engineering software for manufacturing. It covers the sequence a part actually goes through — the part record and its characteristics, APQP planning, design and process risk analysis, the process flow, the control plan, inspection, statistical process control, and the PPAP submission — together with the governance layer that makes those records hold up: controlled documents, revisions, approval routes, customer requirements and reusable requirement profiles.

The connections between those stages are the product. Any vendor can ship a list of modules; what matters is that process operations become PFMEA rows, that PFMEA controls become control plan lines, and that a characteristic entered on the part is the same characteristic the inspection measures.

Three commitments

Rules, not guesses. Every hand-off between documents follows explicit, inspectable rules. There is no model deciding what your control plan says. When we do add AI-assisted capability, it will be labelled and it will assist rather than decide — a quality document that cannot explain why it says what it says is not a quality document.

A derivation never overwrites a person. The engine proposes a hand-off and a person applies it. A value an engineer has deliberately set is left alone. Software that silently changes professional judgement stops being trusted, and a quality system that is not trusted is not used.

No ERP required. An ERP is one optional source of part and process data, never an assumption. A company with a shelf of spreadsheets and no integration budget is a first-class customer — which is why there is an Excel import path and a setup process that counts what you have actually loaded rather than asking you to tick boxes.

On standards, and on honesty

The product implements methods and workflows described in industry reference manuals — APQP, PPAP, control plans, AIAG-VDA FMEA, MSA and SPC. It is not published, endorsed or certified by AIAG, VDA, ISO or any standards body. Those manuals and their rating tables are licensed to you, not shipped inside the software: your licensed reference data is loaded by you and referenced by link, never reproduced in the product.

We hold no third-party security certifications today, and you will not find badges for them on this site. There are no customer logos here either, no testimonials and no user counts — not as a design choice, but because inventing them is the fastest way to lose the trust of the exact person who evaluates quality software for a living.
